Competition: Hims, which leads the market, allows consumers to buy their productsIt is stated that they like it, and it suggests that they have gained market share from competitors. “Customers who have tried other traditional methods of losing weight have found success with our platform.” Hims suggests this is because “cost and availability” are barriers. Just in case, Hims also offers cheaper services.
4. Competition: High retention rate GLP-1 after the first month Only 13% of customers cancel their subscriptions, and the monthly retention rate is a staggering 87%. In contrast, 30% of patients who chose the “over-the-counter option” (i.e., a Hims competitor) stopped treatment after the first month. In other words, the 1-month retention rate is 70%.

GLP-1 This is the first time we've received excellent data from Hims regarding the product, and it's clear that the company is winning. Their products are more effective and more appealing. It's cheap, personalized, and convenient. Most importantly, consumers can lose weight safely. The white paper showcases the company's success in weight loss services. This was apparently created to show that the company should continue to provide this service even after the FDA's shortage has been resolved.
