WTI August crude futures fell nearly 1%, closing at $80.83 per barrel. Brent August crude futures fell nearly 1.2%, closing at $85.01 per barrel. COMEX August gold futures fell 0.58%, closing at $2330.8 per ounce. Most London base metals fell, with tin leading the decline at 1.5%, while aluminum rose 1.2%.
