The yield on the 10-year US Treasury rose by 1.56 basis points to 4.2545%. The 2-year Treasury yield rose by 1.04 basis points to 4.5213%.
WTI August crude futures fell $0.35 to $79.78 per barrel, a decline of approximately 0.44%. Brent September crude futures fell $0.23 to $82.40 per barrel, a drop of about 0.28%. Spot gold fell 0.18% to $2,396.59 per ounce. Tin fell over $1,100 and breached the $30,000 mark, plummeting more than 3.7%. Aluminum and lead on the LME dropped over 2%, while copper and zinc fell by up to 1.8%.
