Market volatility with VIX and "Fear & Greed Index" with the S&P 500 Index

$S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$ $Gold Futures(DEC4) (GCmain.US.US)$ $XAU/USD (XAUUSD.CFD)$ $CBOE Volatility S&P 500 Index (.VIX.US)$ Market volatility (VIX) has risen and exceeded the level of last April, reaching that of October, last 52 week high. The VIX is almost at 30, the next resistance level is 36.25. We entered the "Extreme Fear" sentiment on the "Fear & Greed Index"...
We have just undergone a market reversal, which is normal.  On average, the S&P 500 market experiences around 3 declines of around -5% per year, and around -10% every 16 months!  And I even dare to say that it takes on average 4 months for a correction of -20% to be absorbed! DON'T PANIC...
I used the S&P 500 Index as an example.  It bounces off the 100EMA in the 1D chart.  We can see the Keltner Channel, which calculates the volatility of stock price movements.  The price has declined above the important Fibonacci Retracement key level of 0.618 and reached the lower key level of 0.5.  With all these bullish signals, this suggests a possible reversal imminent.
"Safe Haven Demand" (stock vs bounds) drop in favor of bounds and Gold reached its new ATH today.
