Market Wrap-up

The Dow Jones rose 0.15%, the S&P 500 increased 0.25%, and the Nasdaq climbed 0.03%.

By the end of the bond market session, the yield on the US 10-year Treasury was around 4.22%, down 6 basis points on the day. The 2-year Treasury yield was around 4.71%, down nearly 6 basis points on the day.

WTI July crude oil futures rose over 1.5% to $81.57 per barrel. Brent August crude oil futures gained nearly 1.3% to $85.33 per barrel. COMEX August gold futures rose 0.77% to $2,346.9 per ounce. London base metals saw mixed movements, with lead up nearly 2%, copper slightly rebounding, and nickel down 1%.
