Max Buying Power and 100% stock allocations
Hi there,
I am still new to Moomoo and I have one question to clarify with all of you OG's here.
I have a max buying power of 6.73, as per the image below and cash of 6.74 USD. However, I am trying to use all of my funds to purchase a Nio stock completely without leaving any cash remainders in my account, and yet I failed. May I know the reason why?
It mostly shows insufficient funds error, if I am not mistaken. This is also true for other stocks as well.
I want to completely use my funds to purchase the stocks and I don't want to keep any cash within my portfolio.

Moomoo Lily : Hi, @Moomoo Buddy Please assist. Thanks!
Daniel Jeya Raman OP Moomoo Lily : Still no assistance....guess I will have to wait...
Moomoo Buddy : Dear client, the order amount on the transaction page does not include the transaction fees. Kindly refer to 'Max Qty to Buy(Cash)' on the Trade page. Thanks for your support, have a nice day!
71360563 : Why inquire here?
Daniel Jeya Raman OP 71360563 : Because I am new user and I don't find the customer service option very useful. I am a Malaysian and there's no proper customer service given for Malaysians, especially for Malaysia support. Mostly, Singaporean support is there.
71360563 : There is customer service in the software
Daniel Jeya Raman OP : Nevermind brother. I have managed to sort my issue. Thank you.
