103642629 : 1. TCL is merely holding 23% of maxeon , and TCL not necessary giving this project to Maxeon as TCL have their own PV factory
2. if maxeon stock to be trading below 1 dollar for more than 3 months it will be delisted. unless Reverse Stock Split and the outcome for sure is value go down.
3. this has nothing to do with paper hand or diamond hand, what really matter now is that Maxeon take action, the management act like the stock price don't meant a thing for them..
