So, this stock will be impacted fairly negatively soon.
Significant reductions in almost everything. A 41% decrease in rev yoy, operating expense increase yoy (so cost of revenue is up despite less rev), -492% yoy decrease in Net Profit, 124% yoy reduction in ROA, -65% yoy net cash balance, -391% pre tax profit yoy....
They not only are losing customers but selling less overall, while cost is wayyyyy up and have trouble collecting payments from existing customers.
$TCL Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Technology (002129.SZ)$ will be purchasing a 25% (50% total) stake to bail them out of immediate danger, substantially diluting existing shares.
They will have 2.5yrs to improve before bankruptcy.
They will need a reverse-split on account of noncompliance notice.
All of it sounds like they gonna go bankrupt if nothing else changes. In the meantime, this shit gonna get rocky. Wouldn't advise an LT hold.
