Tris tan OP DJMA : technically neither? bad in that theyre trading too low to stay in exchanges, so they need to artificially pump up the price. Good in that they are then trading at a higher value. Ive personally had bad luck with timing sales with reverse splits though

2786 : There’s nothing to worry about RS actually, because the good prospects and future for the company is almost certain. Technically in dollar terms it’s the same , you own lesser shares but of higher price that’s all. RS will keep the company stay listed and focus on increasing shareholders value by bringing company back to profitability with the financial support from TCL.
