Nix2000 : Nope. Companies that do such a large ratio get shorted back down hard, and then they will dilute again.
Salooma OP Nix2000 : not if they put in their paperwork and have the shipments released and start making bringing in profits.
TrendSeeker : Short sellers borrowed 5.7 million shares to push the price down to $0.086, using the threat of "delisting" to scare off retail investors. However, MAXN is fundamentally much stronger than FFIE, and in my view, it's unreasonable to consider delisting it. This clearly constitutes a malicious attempt by hedge funds to suppress the stock price, that should be investigated.
