$Maxeon Solar Technologies (MAXN.US)$ would be great if customs would release the panels but now there is a strike so that may further delay shipment. I read this happened a couple of years ago with the same missing documents. Personally I feel it is some shadow play.

Xiao Jian : The ongoing port strike along the US East Coast and Gulf of Mexico does not impact MAXN, as their solar panels are transported from Mexico to the US via road. And we hope that any pending customs documentation issues can be resolved swiftly to maintain smooth cross-border deliveries.
