May P/L Challenge.

In the beginning of May 24 we rebalance by adding the HSBC GIF Ultra Short Duration Bond Fund both (USD and SGD) to our portfolio and a small amount in Lionglobal Short duration bond fund.

We still holding the Fullerton SGD cash fund and dispose off the Lion Nomura Japan Active ETF at end of May 24. This ETF has proved rather disappointing and does not live up to its name. It seems to suffer from a lack of liquidity and most of the time the spread of ask bid price are far apart.

We are cautious of including stocks to portfolio as both the US and SGX stock market have moved up a lot since last October 23.

Hopefully the adjustment we make to our portfolio will give us a higher return than May.
