MEITUAN Buys back 4.1866M Shrs for $500M
$MEITUAN-W(03690.HK$ disclosed in its statement that it repurchased 4.1866 million shares of the company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at $118.7-120 per share on 15 July, involving a total amount of about $500 million.
Since the repurchase authorization resolution was passed on 14 June, MEITUAN has repurchased a total of 75.3976 million shares, accounting for 1.2093% of its share capital.
