MEITUAN Buys back 4.4773M Shrs for $500M

$MEITUAN-W(03690.HK)$ disclosed in its report that it repurchased 4.4773 million shares of the company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at $108.7-113.2 per share on 2 July, involving a total amount of about $500 million.

Since the resolution on the repurchase mandate was passed, MEITUAN-W has repurchased a total of 39.5434 million shares, accounting for 0.6342% of the share capital.
