MEITUAN Buys Back 5.3046M Shrs, Involving $600M

$MEITUAN-W (03690.HK)$ disclosed in a statement that on 11 June, it repurchased 5.3046 million shares on the Stock Exchange at a price of $107.9-$116.5 per share, involving a total amount of about $600 million.

Since the ordinary resolution was passed, a total of 93.1925 million shares have been repurchased, representing 1.493% of the company's share capital.
