Why China Inflation is so low?
Combination of 2 reasons:
Reason 1 on production capacity: As export is slow down or reduced, manufacturer maintain its product output to keep cost per unit low.
Reason 2 on competition: Buyer will turn to competitor if there is hike in price as supply is not a concern.
This is my real experience this month: I bought a tiny item from “S” e-commerce platform in Malaysia with MYR 1.09 (free shipping) from China seller and received it within 5 days after order is placed!! It is really amazing and can’t imagine how can they make money with such low cost!!!
Meituan having much lower operation cost compared to “S” platform due to its volume. I think I found the answer everyone puzzled why Meituan’s takeaway and other business es continue to growth even with such a huge base.
Why US Inflation is increasing?
US starting its production capacity rather than rely solely import from China. As cost per unit is higher than import, so inflation moving up!
Due to earlier explained reason, the production activity is increasing and explaining why US economy is expanding robustly!
