MEITUAN-W Buys back 5.7485M Shrs for $400M
$MEITUAN-W(03690.HK$ disclosed in its statement that on 17 January, it repurchased 5.7485 million shares of the company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at $68.2-72.5 per share, involving a total amount of about $400 million.
Since the ordinary resolution was passed, a total of 32.6535 million shares have been repurchased, representing 0.5231% of the company's share capital.
