$Mercari (4385.JP)$ Sell on various EC platforms such as Amazon, Yahoo Auctions, Yahoo Shopping, Rakuten, Merkari, qitabankuai, having made thousands of purchases as well. I believe Amazon and Merkari provide excellent customer service. However, there are items that cannot be returned or shops that do not offer refunds on Amazon, with no guarantees provided at all. For those in classes 6 and below, implementing various restrictions on accounts might also be beneficial.
