starr67 73961670 : No different. phun had a verse split becausetheybeenunder$1 for too long it was out of compliance for the SEC rules; example 10 shares combine as one shares. For dwac I think after merger they will issue more shares. I have not read the ballot but I think I read news it mentioned more shares after merger.
