imho this is acquisition (buyout) and not a merger.

151425825 : $6B is not going to cut it, at merger the combined Alkem, Livent was valued at $10.6B. The board of Arcadium better careful if they think shareholders will accept a low ball bid.
Green Dragon 2024 OP 151425825 : I’m assuming that’s why the talks have been going on since at least August but were released now maybe ready to settle on amount for buyout not merger.
