If you were to do a sell put csp on meta at 520 strike, you noticed the premium for the 3 different dte that I have selected have different daily rate premium. Take note of the iv aswell, 100 dte feb21/25 has the highest daily premium rate and iv due to pass the earnings date. But higher premium, higher volatility, higher risk and faster time decay if share keeps going higher and maintain at same level. Remember the ice cream 🍦 😋 melting factor is always on the seller's side.
