Bad. They can manipulate the stock as they please. They can do whatever they want as they are the majority stakeholder so we can’t even stop them by our votes as they have more votes. They can create big price changes due to insider trading that help them but screw over retail investors like us. If the stocks go down they don’t care as they got most of their shares for free so they don’t lose and still make free money. We on the other hand pay for our shares and oftentimes at very high prices if we get sucked into a pump and dump trap.
