$MicroCloud Hologram (HOLO.US)$ can anyone explain to me what the hell a convertible note is and if it’s good or bad for us and if bad, why the hell are they doing it and wouldn’t diluting the shares just bring down the cost.

73961859 : In the end it is a dilution but in the long term it adds capital to the company. It is good because the company does not immediately dilute the shares and increases its capital and share value.
