I am not trying to scare you, as somebody who lost quite a bit of money on this(these) type of stocks, I am a little bit concerned about your mental state and well being on worrying about this and might even have nightmares about this too.
sometimes it's better to cut it off early than keep losing, but you are already in the deep, and if it rises 10-20% after you sell, you might go crazy, and it might do you more harm, as well as keep holding and letting it drop and drop further in the case it doesn't rise.
you might treat this comment as nonsense or rubbish from a stranger or fear monger, but I seriously hope you will think about what to do if it comes to the worse.
check out @Trytosaveabit or @Jaguar8, it might be ironic I asks you to check them out when you already listened to chuddy and got into this mess, you don't have to listen to them, just check out their posts, learn the behavior of stocks from their post, i am sure it will help you in the long run.

Jaguar8 Daight : We all get lessons in different ways. Take my case. I’m a stage 4 cancer patient and lost 65,000 USD last year from a scam in this platform. I was way too naive then about stocks. What I did was to challenge myself- educate myself about stocks, follow the right people, and learn everyday. You can count on us to give information but not any buy or sell advice. I advise he goes on paper trading first so he gets the feel of it
