70628772 : Rotation from semiconductor to small caps and biotech. The news encourages people to help "realize" the gain of big whales so those big whales have money to pump small cap and biotech. (it has happened since June.) Another possible reason is the upcoming ER of high techs and other semi companies like ARM.
