The bullishness come from the fact that US government is betting on Micron to be leading memory chip company. Currently Samsumg is King but with the amount of effort US gov is putting in their chip industry, Micron is bound to be better off in future.
The current net revenue is low due to them expanding in their factories and manufacturing capabilities.
