$Microsoft (MSFT.US)$The European Union is seeking feedback on Microsoft's proposed remedies to the UK regulatory institution for review.
On September 13th, sources said that the EU antitrust regulatory agency is asking Microsoft's competitors and customers whether they will be affected by the proposal made by the US tech giant to acquire Activision Blizzard for $69 billion in order to obtain approval from the UK. After the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) blocked the deal, Microsoft proposed to sell its cloud streaming rights to Ubisoft last month. The European Union approved this deal as early as May this year. The European Union has not launched a formal investigation, and may be waiting for the CMA's decision before taking any action.
