Usually you'd be right- but these shares are accretive. You'd know that right? Each and every shareholder gets more btc per share at every sale. ( apart from the actual current buyer). As long as the share price remains above NAV you'll be wrong and I'll be right.

It's common knowledge. The ATM shares are sold at a premium to NAV, allowing them to buy more bitcoin than the shareholder gets. So, the actual buyer gets a shitty deal, but for all other shareholders before him, their BTC per share actually increases. This is what Saylor calls his btc 'yield'. Over time, exactly BECAUSE he sells ATM shares, their BTC per share a dramatically increased. So, there are more shares, but more bitcoin per share as a result. If you are going to short MSTR ( which could be a great play), you should at least do a bit of homework.
