stock sniperr : I don't know about the rest of you but immediately when I read this, it made sense because sometime next year mstr will have to do a 10 for 1 stock split when the price goes to 2000. This move is in readiness for the split. The remaining additional shares will be for convertible bonds. Saylor already said they will focus less on ATM next year.
