If the company is Bullish on BTC with the belief that BTC returns are greater than the interest paid on notes, then this doesn't seem to be an issue and is likely to benefit the company. There isn't a shortage of people who want to buy these notes either, for e.g. pension funds who want near-guaranteed returns.

The profit from BTC expected meteoric rise is something that should provide confidence in the long term value of Microstrategy and vice versa MSTR strength to BTC stability.
