Minieye Tech, with BABA CEO as Pre-list Investor, Applies for US$150M HK IPO

Minieye Technology, a China-based smart driving and smart cabin solutions provider, has applied for a Hong Kong IPO to raise about US$150 million. The listing is sponsored by CITIC Securities and CICC. Minieye offers L0 to L2++ intelligent driving solutions and is developing L4 autonomous driving technology. Pre-listing investors include $CICC (03908.HK)$ , $NavInfo Co., Ltd. (002405.SZ)$ , and BABA CEO Eddie Wu.
