The movement is sluggish, isn't it? In terms of dividends as a percentage, it's so-so, but even during the pandemic, when foot traffic has become active, it remains stagnant. I wonder what the reason is? The leasing business is doing okay, but are investors avoiding it? Despite having a foundation for business that could easily double the current stock price, why aren't the performance numbers that great? I just don't understand. Did I make a mistake in my purchase decision?
