Mixed reactions, market is having mood swings these few months

My P/L ratio is presently hovering over 30% conservatively. My previous stakes in high yield low quantum oil gas industries have paid off since its inception after the spike of activity post pandemic. On the other hand, my counters in property development has slowing like a boon due to the spike in terest rates globally.
