Simon 5183 : If you have no knowledge, you should have some knowledge. Trump can also appeal to the state Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit Court, and the Federal Supreme Court. He will have to go through level 4 courts to confirm the conviction.

loving Liger_9816 OP Simon 5183 : You have to have a reason to appeal. You can't just appeal because you lost. The appeals courts haven't been accepting his other appeals to delay this case.
He could see jail time for this.

On what legal grounds would he appeal to the SCOTUS? They determine only law, not the facts of the case. The facts are determined by the lower courts.
