Money flow chart question

$NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ when there is a positive net incoming flow yet price drops at the same time, my interpretation is that money gets trapped within, which is not a positive thing for stock holders. does my observation make a sense? or maybe this is a positive thing for stock holders, and how so?
