MongoDB Gains Nearly 15% After Hours as Data Platform Firm Beats Fiscal Q2 Forecasts
$MongoDB (MDB.US)$ rose nearly 15% after hours Thursday after the developer-data-platform company beat analyst estimates for its fiscal Q2 sales and earnings.
MDB gained 14.7% to $281.80 as of 4:15 p.m. ET after the firm reported $0.70 in adjusted earnings per share, beating the $0.49 that analysts' consensus had reportedly called for.
MongoDB also said sales came in at $478.1 million, exceeding the $464 million that analysts' consensus forecast had reportedly predicted.
