Mr. Buffett has accumulated OXY for 9 consecutive days, and his holdings have reached 15.4 billion dollars

Led by Warren Buffett $Berkshire Hathaway-B (BRK.B.US)$ In the past few days $Occidental Petroleum (OXY.US)$ It bought more shares, and currently owns about 29% (equivalent to about 15.4 billion dollars) of this energy company.
According to documents submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) late Monday local time, Berkshire purchased approximately 2.9 million shares of Occidental Petroleum shares for about 173 million dollars on 6/13, 14, and 17. Berkshire has purchased Occidental Petroleum shares for 9 consecutive business days since the beginning of June, and currently holds a total of 255.3 million shares.
Buffett seems to be taking advantage of the slump in energy stocks to buy more Occidental Petroleum shares. The most recent purchase was just under $60 per share. Occidental Petroleum's stock price peaked at $71 in April this year, but closed at $60.20 on Monday.
As a shareholder holding 10% or more of Occidental Petroleum, Berkshire must disclose new transactions within 2 business days.
Buffett says Berkshire has no intention of buying up Occidental in its entirety.
Berkshire also owns approximately 8.5 billion dollars worth of Occidental's preferred stock and has a warrant to buy approximately 84 million shares of common stock for just under $60 per share.
