FANCY PANTS : Yes, it would continue to trade in OTC markets. Institutions won't buy here, so basically just retail and hedgies.
If Mullen actually gets its act together and starts producing and sell vehicles instead of just saying they will they can apply to be uplisted to NASDAQ again.
Basically make David actually work for it and earn it. But they said they only have cash on hand to last through June 2024, so the finish line to bankruptcy is in view.
