Looks like by next week Delist. If it closes under a dollar. I think straight to OTC after it surpassed RS 250/1 max NASD you can’t go close under 1 dollar. Within 2 years I believe. And it’s just now 1 year.

I'd have to double check the details, but you're close to being accurate.
A couple things worth verifying:
1. Has it been 365 days since one of their reverse splits, so the 250-1 limit is reset? 2. Is it straight to delisting if it closes under $1 or is it 30 days under 1 dollars? 3. Do they get a 180-day compliance warning?
I don't know these things off the top of my head because this is my first encounter with this situation, as no reasonable person would invest in Mullen at this point

I don’t think they get the usual treatment. Like all you mentioned. But it’s 2 years not 1. And still the last one was less than a year. Back in mid August.
