This Michery fella gave himself a 100% raise which brought him from 3 Million a year to 6 Million. This happened in the last 6 months! Meanwhile retail are down 99% and had their shares just snatched from them. My position was over 20k. Now I'm left with 243 shares and an average of 57 dollars 🤣
He also rewards himself for stock performance and compliance rewards which were only achieved by exercising multiple reverse splits! This dude is a crook right down to the letter and deserves ass cancer!

Look at AMC. Adam Aron gave himself a 28% pay increase while the company is losing 10’s of millions a quarter and they are a legacy company.
David got a 3 million raise. Adam Aron got a 7 million from 18 to 25+.
