I would assume that anyone having kittens about $Mullen Automotive(MULN.US$'s RS a/o 8k disclosures, probably doesn't realize, they don't have to disclose the RS date or split amount, until...
"no later than 12 p.m. ET at least 2 business days prior to the split's market effective date."
...and at this point, I'm not sure they will until they have too... this stock is being trashed by retail & vultures alike.
