Feeling frustrated and can't stop.

Is it possible to take advantage of the opportunity to buy when the Nikkei falls below 35,000?
During the time of COVID-19, not understanding anything led to chaotic declines. I could trade companies like Kobe Iron & Steel and W Scope, as well as JR Kyushu.
With the current price increases, trading in a carefree mood like back then is no longer possible. It was truly beginners' luck. There is only recklessness if I praise myself. It's an action I can't take anymore.
Feeling like I'm going to be sick from all the stop-loss trades, but recently, my trades involve pulling off a big win, which actually turns out to be a lie or just plain bluffing.
The stocks that I thought would hit the jackpot are confirmed to fall at the beginning of the week. Oh no...
