My first FCPO spread trade
Traded FCPO Oct Nov spread contract last friday for the first time. spread trading is slower compared to outright fcpo contract. suited for those who dont have time to monitor scalps or intraday.
i now have a better understanding of the product after this first trade. Spread movement does not necessarily correlate with outright price. but the same technical analysis can be used.
i bought at 23 and 27, total 2 contracts. Thankful to have sold today at 35.
Price have been consistently bouncing off the uptrend line. and I bought near the recent pull back to the uptrend line.
