My Proposal to Ryan Cohen & Adam Aron Regarding GME & AMC Uniting
I sent this proposal to them on X and many others agreed and reposted the short version of this…
With $4 billion of cash on hand, $GameStop (GME.US)$ could buy all $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ ‘s short term debt of $640 million and buy $60 million (or more) in shares under 2 conditions:
1. AMC will not dilute shareholders in near-term (pre-2029) if ever.
2. GME can relocate 700+ locations inside AMC lobbies rent-free 5 (or more ) years & have video game premieres on movie screens.

When $GameStop (GME.US)$ announces that they’re relocating 700+ stores in $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ lobbies to increase foot traffic for both and have Video Game Premieres on Giant Screens and that ROARING KITTY has joined the board, they’ll break the internet and fuel a massive SHORT SQUEEZE.
GME’s $60 million share stake would go up 10x or more in value almost instantly—meaning that they could sell their AMC shares and live “rent-free” in AMC for the next 5+ years while AMC would have their debts paid until 2029.
With Kitty’s help, Cohen & Aron will be legends when they pull this off… BIGGER than DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE!!!

Justin Brewer OP D3VIN : If Aron signs a CONTRACT with Cohen regarding this proposal, then Aron will go to PRISON for breaking it. The VAST MAJORITY agree with me on this.
UNO Wild Card : Tbh there are much better ways to expand the business.
