My reits investment journey since August 23

Finally see the bull run for reits for the past few weeks. It was a long and bumpy rides since I started my investment in reits a year ago. Went thru few ups and down cycle due to intetest rate speculation, some reits eg Ireit global was not performing and I decided to let go, resulted in my portfolio losing money most of the time.

Lets hope that this is the final Fed pivot for interest rate cut and good luck for you guys.

I will continue to hold these position for 6 to 7% dividend yield.
