EPF is no longer a major MYEG shareholder
(KUALA LUMPUR, 21st) The Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) is no longer a major shareholder after selling 4,535,000 shares of MYEG Services (MYEG, 0138, Main Board Technology).
According to documents reported by the Malaysia Stock Exchange, the Provident Fund Administration sold 4,535,000 MYEG Service shares on the 18th (Monday), but did not specify the sale price or shareholding ratio.

According to the document on the 6th of this month, after the sale of 960,000 shares by the Provident Fund Administration on the 1st of this month, the direct shareholding ratio was 5.042% or 376.13 million 4019 shares. If calculated from this amount, the Provident Fund Council still holds 4.98% or 371.59 million 9019 shares.
