This company is only left with one grade A commercial building (MYP centre) in the CBD. If the company decides to sell it away, it will be left with cash only and NAV is around 18 cents. Compare the current price to the NAV, it is trading at significant discount. It is worth looking at this stock. This is my view. DYODD.
