$Arm Holdings (ARM.US)$ Generally, this kind of technology stocks cannot be traded in the short term. The best strategy is to hold 1/5 or less of the position and add more when the price falls. If I were SoftBank, I would first sell the stocks I have, then hope the stocks fall to around the issuance price, and then buy back a large amount. It would be best to privatize again.
