$NANO Nuclear Energy (NNE.US)$ last week there was an alert that the lock up period has expired for insiders and investors in this company. I really thought that over the weekend we would see some people registering to sell and I expect it to be happening imminently quite frankly. so it's very possible this week sometime you see the stock starting to Buck the trend and trade lower and scratch your head and wonder why and I think that's going to be some stock coming loose and large amounts where people are cashing out.
this should be used as an opportunity to accumulate Trump appointed several other individuals over the weekend to have different cabinet positions Secretary of energy has been appointed and you will see a new appointment to the nuclear regulatory commission as well as the council the council won't happen till after is inauguration but the head will happen before.
when this happens you are going to see front page stories of nuclear is going to be part of Trump's agenda. I mentioned last week that winning appoints the head of the NRC the whole sector is going to lift it will get a gap up on that announcement.. so whatever stock within the SMR sector is your favorite flavor any weakness should be used to accumulate positions and add to a positions. I have no idea when he will appoint the head of the nuclear regulatory commission but when it happens you're going to wake up in the morning and everything is going to be up 20% if not more

  • TheOracleOfBroMaha : You are really a terrific writer. By the time I got done reading this short exposé I had nearly forgotten that you started by talking about the lock up. Period for NANO. Are you saying that you’re keeping eye on Insider Sale Filing, then MIGHT be a proper entry time- or, Enter now, watch for 144…? I know you’re not giving advice but if you were me, what would you do in the scenario if you had a couple bucks to do something with? I’m not that smart so if I should’ve read between the lines, it’s OK to tell me that too!

  • 10baggerbamm OP TheOracleOfBroMaha : well I don't know you I don't know what your goal is.
I am saying is the market meaning the institutions the hedge funds they screw with retail all the time.
I touched on a week and a half ago I think it was the days rolled together at this point but I touched on the fact that Nvidia has a failure rate built in by design that the faster these chips run and 100 and 200 Blackwell there's about a 20% failure rate and you can go back and see what I wrote. this provides an assurance to Nvidia that pretty much everything is all of their chips are going to be replaced with either the next generation model because a functional obsolescence, for the fact that the failure rate requires new orders of new chips from Nvidia you can't swap them out with an AMD GPU. and I mentioned that this is a positive a net positive for NVIDIA. yet this morning we see Nvidia getting cracked because circulating all over Yahoo yesterday which went around the world in a millisecond was another mysterious source that last time this source reported to Bloomberg now this source just leaked it to the world about the failure rate that exists with an Nvidia Blackwell I'm about 20%. so what realistically is a reoccurring revenue stream foreign video now is being written in a way that is destroying shareholder value because that's how these institutional hedge funds work they just pull their bids drop the stock going into the week of earnings and they did the same shit 3 months ago with the source to Bloomberg News that created this sell-off back then.

my point after reading that long-winded analogy is at some point in time there will be some SEC filings it's going to happen because this stock is going up significantly and people are sitting on a lot of profits and they're going to sell stock. and I think when they start selling and you see inside your cells and restricted stock selling you'll see the stock bids get pulled pre-market I think you could see it down a couple of dollars. that's just what happens that's how the game is played so what I'm saying is twofold
number one if you don't have a position in smrs you need to be nibbling at them because as soon as Trump appoints the head of NRC these stocks are gapping higher it will be I think like a 20% across the board ramp up pre-market and it will be on Bloomberg News and it'll be on Fox Business and CNBC had a new nuclear regulatory commission-friendly going to fast track the expansion of smrs to power data centers. that this head is going to eliminate this mountain of paperwork which is years and years and years worth of hurdles as set forth by prior administrations.

well that's the first point that I'm making the second point is when the stock gaps down because of 144 filings SEC filings.
use that as an opportunity to buy because I think when you see this news hit they're going to pull the rug and mark the stock down a couple of dollars.
so you need to be in it whether it's this company or the other ones but you need to be smart enough to understand you can't back the truck up yet because all of these companies are going to have to do additional raises which is dilution and stocks fall on that news ultimately for the bigger picture to become highly profitable businesses ,  down the road.
if you're trading these stocks I would always maintain a core position and on weakness by more and on the rally sell your secondary position and leave your profits in these companies .
