$NANO Nuclear Energy (NNE.US)$ I cautioned everybody recently saying that the NRC is going to change the rules significantly their regulations their policies dramatically. Mr wonderful last week came out and stated that there will not be a nuclear plant built in the United States for at least 10 years.
virtually every one of these SMR companies are pre-revenue and they're trading at multibillion Dollar valuations.. many. I said it before I'll say it again when people would say Nvidia is like Cisco in the 1999.com era I told people that these nuclear companies are your.com stocks they are trading at 25 30 40 50 times forward revenues 5-year forward potential revenues and yet they have zero revenues that's exactly what most of the com stocks were doing and then we know what happened.
Nuclear and uranium stocks are under pressure this morning as the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has rejected Talen Energy's request to increase load capacity at its Susquehanna nuclear facility from 300MW to 480MW in order to supply Amazon data centers with power.

JATrader : so short it? aim where
10baggerbamm OP JATrader : I'm not a big advocate of shorting stocks I would use puts not any other vehicle because you know your losses at that point when you short you have unlimited loss potential when you buy a put you know exactly the worst case scenario your cost of your premium. I'm not going to tell you to buy puts on these because they are very high beta And if the market goes positive they go positive however depending upon what administration wins will determine the knee-jerk reaction on these stocks
LittleSoldier : Already bailed on that over a week ago!
10baggerbamm OP LittleSoldier : so what I am a big advocate for and I've said this many times and I keep repeating it because sometimes people didn't read my prior posts.
if you invest in a company and you make a nice profit I would leave the profits in that stock because you don't know what the intermediate term and long-term outcomes will be. I have stock certificates hanging on my wall from decades ago when it used to be dirt cheap to get a stock certificate printed I would just request the stock certificate I'd frame it and I'd hang it up in my office. it's not feasible to do it nowadays cuz it's over $500 to get a stock certificate however if you leave your profits in the stock it doesn't matter what the near-term gyrations are if the company turns out to be a grand slam home run and you've got 50 shares or 100 or 40 shares whatever it is that can be worth tens of thousands hundreds of thousands and maybe even over a million dollars over time. so rather than have a story to tell your kids or your grandkids that a long time ago I own stock in that company I traded it you now can say yeah there was somebody that gave me an idea to leave the profits in the stock boy I'm glad I listened because look what it grew to
LittleSoldier 10baggerbamm OP : I appreciate the advice, but there really wasn’t any more profits at the time. I was looking for a better buy in, so I’m actually glad I pulled out before it became heavy losses
